LRCH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A13, OR4C12, and OR4M2. Each is linked with LRCH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH1-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A13 grouped by LRCH1-low versus LRCH1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
