LPCAT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPCAT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,727 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC12A6, SLC12A6_S1032, and CTDSPL2. Each is linked with LPCAT4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT4-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPCAT4 versus SLC12A6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
