LPCAT4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPCAT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,793 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMC7, NOP10, and NIPA1. Each is linked with LPCAT4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT4-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPCAT4 versus EMC7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
