LPCAT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPCAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,788 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64EP, LINC02380, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with LPCAT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT4-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64EP grouped by LPCAT4-low versus LPCAT4-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
