Across TCGA cell cohorts, LNX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM47B, SMR3B, and OR52E4. Each is linked with LNX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNX1-to-partner and partner-to-LNX1 results are reported.
