LNPK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,976 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNPK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCL2_S1113, PUS7, and SP140_S291. Each is linked with LNPK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNPK-to-partner and partner-to-LNPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNPK versus PLCL2_S1113 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
