LNPK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNPK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,288 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2RB, COTL1, and SCRN3. Each is linked with LNPK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNPK-to-partner and partner-to-LNPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNPK versus IL2RB in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
