Across TCGA cell cohorts, LNPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,136 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNPK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, and DNA damage tolerance. Each is linked with LNPK in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNPK-to-partner and partner-to-LNPK results are reported.
