LNCAROD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNCAROD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,848 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNCAROD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYMP, CD14, and NCF2. Each is linked with LNCAROD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNCAROD-to-partner and partner-to-LNCAROD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNCAROD versus TYMP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNCAROD→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNCAROD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
