Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LNCAROD RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LNCAROD data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher LNCAROD RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LNCAROD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.

BRCA, LUAD, and MESO are the cancer types where LNCAROD RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
