Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMX1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,867 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMX1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neural tube patterning, Digestive system development, and Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with LMX1A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMX1A-to-partner and partner-to-LMX1A results are reported.
