LMX1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMX1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMX1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, GSK-3_pS9, and MYH11. Each is linked with LMX1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMX1A-to-partner and partner-to-LMX1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by LMX1A-low versus LMX1A-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMX1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMX1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
