Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMX1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,321 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMX1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-inhibiting G protein-coupled glutamate receptor signaling pathway, Nuclear receptor-mediated signaling pathway, and Nuclear receptor-mediated steroid hormone signaling pathway. Each is linked with LMX1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMX1A-to-partner and partner-to-LMX1A results are reported.
