LMX1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMX1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMX1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA2, SPATA31A1, and PRSS58. Each is linked with LMX1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMX1A-to-partner and partner-to-LMX1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA2 grouped by LMX1A-low versus LMX1A-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMX1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMX1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
