Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMOD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,124 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL12, CNN1, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with LMOD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMOD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMOD1 versus CXCL12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
