Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,656 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1222P, ELOCP31, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with LMO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO4-to-partner and partner-to-LMO4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1222P grouped by LMO4-low versus LMO4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
