LMO3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,100 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, DTNA, and TBC1D24. Each is linked with LMO3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO3-to-partner and partner-to-LMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMO3 versus PPP1R12B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
