Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 671 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCN2, CDH16, and ADCY6-DT. Each is linked with LMO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO3-to-partner and partner-to-LMO3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMO3 versus RCN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
