Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNLIPP1, SLC25A16, and MIR3661. Each is linked with LMO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO2-to-partner and partner-to-LMO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNLIPP1 grouped by LMO2-low versus LMO2-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
