Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,684 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANOS2P, MIR103A1, and RN7SL314P. Each is linked with LMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO1-to-partner and partner-to-LMO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANOS2P grouped by LMO1-low versus LMO1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
