LMNB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 795 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-68P, SNORD105, and MIR4515. Each is linked with LMNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMNB2-to-partner and partner-to-LMNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-68P grouped by LMNB2-low versus LMNB2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
