Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMNB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,377 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEAP2, TMEM161B-AS1, and RTN4. Each is linked with LMNB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMNB1-to-partner and partner-to-LMNB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMNB1 versus LEAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
