LMNB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-1, C20orf85, and OR1L4. Each is linked with LMNB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMNB1-to-partner and partner-to-LMNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-1 grouped by LMNB1-low versus LMNB1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
