LMNB1-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMNB1-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,030 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMNB1-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Cell cycle DNA replication. Each is linked with LMNB1-DT in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMNB1-DT-to-partner and partner-to-LMNB1-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication grouped by LMNB1-DT-low versus LMNB1-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMNB1-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMNB1-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
