LMF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCY1B, REG1B, and ZIC5. Each is linked with LMF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMF1-to-partner and partner-to-LMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VCY1B grouped by LMF1-low versus LMF1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
