Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,814 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monosaccharide metabolic process, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Mitochondrial transport. Each is linked with LMAN1L in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN1L-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN1L results are reported.
