Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LLGL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,537 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LLGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PURG, ZNF286A, and SSPN. Each is linked with LLGL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LLGL1-to-partner and partner-to-LLGL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LLGL1 versus PURG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LLGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LLGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
