LIX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,416 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6718, USP17L3, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with LIX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIX1-to-partner and partner-to-LIX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6718 grouped by LIX1-low versus LIX1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
