LIPM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5708, RPS10-NUDT3, and IGHV3OR16-6. Each is linked with LIPM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPM-to-partner and partner-to-LIPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5708 grouped by LIPM-low versus LIPM-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
