Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,250 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED13L, EPS8L1, and TSPAN3. Each is linked with LIPH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPH-to-partner and partner-to-LIPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIPH versus MED13L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
