The most reproducible LIPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-709P, MIR6876, and EI24P4. Each is linked with LIPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPH-to-partner and partner-to-LIPH results are reported.
