Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, ASNS, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with LIPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPH-to-partner and partner-to-LIPH results are reported.
