Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,296 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of blood-brain barrier, Regulation of potassium ion import, and Negative regulation of T cell mediated cytotoxicity. Each is linked with LIPH in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPH-to-partner and partner-to-LIPH results are reported.
