Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-2, C16orf96, and SHCBP1L. Each is linked with LIPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPH-to-partner and partner-to-LIPH results are reported.
