Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTAN1P3, UBE2V1P13, and ATP8B3. Each is linked with LIPE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPE-to-partner and partner-to-LIPE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTAN1P3 grouped by LIPE-low versus LIPE-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
