LIPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP4-4, KLRC3, and CA5A. Each is linked with LIPE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPE-to-partner and partner-to-LIPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP4-4 grouped by LIPE-low versus LIPE-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
