Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,984 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIPC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRBP, SGCD, and MTPAP. Each is linked with LIPC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPC-to-partner and partner-to-LIPC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIPC versus STRBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
