Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01566 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01566 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01566 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, LINC01566 RNA expression shows 5,882 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, PRAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC01566 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
