Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01498 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01498 expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01498 is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, LINC01498 RNA expression shows 6,722 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight HNSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC01498 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
