LINC00858 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00858 is differentially expressed in 12, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, LINC00858 RNA expression shows 11,484 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight KICH, COAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where LINC00858 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
