Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIMS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,400 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIMS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus, Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, and Negative regulation of protein modification process. Each is linked with LIMS4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMS4-to-partner and partner-to-LIMS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus grouped by LIMS4-low versus LIMS4-high in BONE.
