LIMS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 289 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP214, MIR8053, and RNY4P14. Each is linked with LIMS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMS1-to-partner and partner-to-LIMS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP214 grouped by LIMS1-low versus LIMS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
