LHX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY4P, RNU6-1187P, and SNORD116-19. Each is linked with LHX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX1-to-partner and partner-to-LHX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY4P grouped by LHX1-low versus LHX1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
