Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHX1-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,934 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX1-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oviduct development, Metanephric part of ureteric bud development, and Primitive streak formation. Each is linked with LHX1-DT in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX1-DT-to-partner and partner-to-LHX1-DT results are reported.
