Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LHX1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LHX1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LHX1-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LHX1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and ESCA show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and MESO are the cancer types where LHX1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
