LHFPL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHFPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 345 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHFPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L2B-AS1, LINC00653, and FCGBP. Each is linked with LHFPL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL2-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L2B-AS1 grouped by LHFPL2-low versus LHFPL2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
