LGMN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGMN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,177 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGMN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC3A2, UPP1, and LONP1. Each is linked with LGMN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGMN-to-partner and partner-to-LGMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC3A2 grouped by LGMN-low versus LGMN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
