LGI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,511 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPHB5, RNU6-290P, and LINC02277. Each is linked with LGI2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGI2-to-partner and partner-to-LGI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPHB5 grouped by LGI2-low versus LGI2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
