LGALS16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP12-6P, RNA5SP30, and MIR519A1. Each is linked with LGALS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS16-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP12-6P grouped by LGALS16-low versus LGALS16-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
