LFNG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LFNG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LFNG-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP23-1, LINC01784, and MIR3181. Each is linked with LFNG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LFNG-to-partner and partner-to-LFNG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP23-1 grouped by LFNG-low versus LFNG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LFNG→partner) and Y-score (partner→LFNG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
